On May 27, the COPC recognized 21 psychologists with the EuroPsy certification in Work and Organizational Psychology.

As a guest, José María Peiró emphasized that current social, technological, and psychological changes require continuous training.

EuroPsy demands five years of academic training, one year of supervised practice, and regular renewal. Peiró called for better regulation of master’s programs in Spain to balance specialties and ensure quality. He stressed the importance of well-trained supervisors who can guide and correct from the very beginning. He argued that organizational psychology can humanize work and address global challenges. He also advocated for a concept of happiness that combines pleasure, meaning, relationships, and personal growth. He concluded by encouraging psychologists to be honest, demanding, curious, and innovative.
