Yesterday we visited ANECOOP with the students of the International Joint Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology and the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology.
We toured the experimental fields and the biotechnology laboratory, learning how a second-level cooperative integrates production, innovation, and sustainability.
The ANECOOP team shared their challenges in talent management, international markets, and competitive strategy. An inspiring experience that connects work psychology with real-world business and the cooperative model.
Thank you, ANECOOP, for hosting us!
