The RES UV-Tirant Node joins the educational program "WE ARE RESEARCHERS" promoted by the BSC.

The RES UV-Tirant Node (IT Services of the University of Valencia) joins the national educational program "Somos Investigadoras" (“We Are Researchers”), promoted by the Barcelona Supercomputing Center – National Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS). The initiative is expanding throughout Spain with the collaboration of the Spanish Supercomputing Network (RES) and the Young IT Girls association, which specializes in promoting STEM fields from a gender perspective, and is co-funded by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) – Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.

The program is aimed at 3rd and 4th grade primary school students, with a special focus on girls, and seeks to inspire scientific and technological vocations from an early age.
