Universitat de València Chair of Youth releases another Pin_Jove project pill, an audiovisual initiative aiming to provide educational resources that are brief and accessible about key topic to work with young people.
The 6th Pill, titled 'Young people and community participation' reflects on how to promote active, critical and transforming involvement of young people in the collective life and the community building processes.
Youth technitian Jonatan Ruiz, with a vast career in youth promotion and community intervention, participates in this pill. He brings the main challenges and opportunities for young participation to the table and the need to generate real and inclusive spaces for young people to play their role as responsibleagents of their environment.
The pill addresses factors that make it easier of harder for young people to participate in their community and provides inspiring experiences. This pill become a key tool to promote active, critical and committed citizenship.
