València + Segura Plan, is an initiative promoted by València City Hall and lead by Chair of Sustainable Economy Model of València and its Surroundings (MESVAL) professor José Manuel Pastor. Currently, the project is deploying marquees in districts and neighbourhoods open to the public to make knowns the closer schedule and location for the educational sessions about citize action protocol that are basic and accesible regarding the prevention and response against emergencies like he DANA in last October.

Faculty of Economics degree and master's degree students parttake in public attention in these marquees by providing flyers, showcasing basic elements of an emergency kit and managing neighour inscriptions, all coordinated by Dean Delegate of Students Rocío Navarro and Faculty Student Representation Association (AdR) coordinator Gloria Aronson.

The activity counts as volunteering just like what happenned during the worst days after 29 October 2024 that served as proof of the university students committment to Valencian society by lending an selfless hand, particularly to the most vulnerable collectives.
