
The UNESCO Chair of Studies on Desenvolupament of the University of Valencia presented on Thursday, May 16, the action programs for the 2013-2014 school year. The event took place in the Office of the Principal.
This event aimed to emphasise the contribution of the Chair of the University of Valencia to human development through the presentation of its most successful programs of action. Guillermo Palao, director of the Chair and chief executive of the Nord-Sud Patronage -both entities are part of the General Foundation of the University of Valencia-, will moderate the presentation, accompanied by Joan Lacomba, as director of the Magazine E-DHC, and, on behalf of the Castillo Family Legacy, Jose Maria Alvarez Coque, member of the Sud-Nord Patronage.
The actions planned by the UNESCO Chair for the next academic year are the publication of the magazine E-DHC Studies and research on human development and cooperation of the University of Valencia, organising the Manuel Castillo Awards for research and communication on human development and peace, completion of training program and the UNESCO Call of training and awareness projects 2013-2014.
