If you are interested in participating in the 4th 360º BLACK VLC festival edition and recording a short-film in 36 hours, keep reading. The registration period of application forms will remain open until the next 28 March. You cannot miss it!

What do I have to do?

If you want to participate in this festival you mast script, film and produce a short-film of 4 minutes maximum. You must include an item which will be known at the same day of the inauguration of the event, which takes place on 1 and 2 April. For that, the Universitat de València will put at your disposal the Audiovisual Workshop.

Winners of each category can enjoy a trip for two to the San Sebastian International Film Festival with access to all activities

The event will have two categories (Spanish and Catalan) and after delivering the works a selection phase of the finalists will be made through the website web Black Valencia. The best five short-films of each category will be projected on Thursday 11 May at the 360º BLACK VLC and, moreover, the names of the winners will be announced. The winners will enjoy a trip for two people to International Cinema Festival of San Sebastián and will have access to all the activities.

This year the jury will be composed by renowned professionals of the audiovisual and cultural world, such as Pau Gómez, journalist and writer (jury president); José Luis Moreno,  Culturarts IVAC vice-director; Sara Mansanet, director of Festival La Cabina; Begoña Donat, cultural journalist; and Miquel Francés, director of the Audiovisual Workshop of the Universitat de València.
