Are you looking for funding for the post production processes of your film? The new call of WIP Latino 2, which will be celebrated on 3 November 2017 offers you the chance to get sponsors to finish your audio visual project and exhibit it. In particular, those will be three full-length films or documentaries that will be presented to a jury composed by industry members that could contribute to the post production of the film.

One of the three movies that will be classified for Guadalajara Construye 12 and will aim to get funding of professionals of the audio visual sector to finish their full-length movie

Just one of the three movies will be automatically classified for the Guadalajara Construye 12 (a section of the Movie Festival of Guadalajara in which seven movies in post-production phase will be presented to all professionals authorised in the Festival -producers, distributors, sales agents, service companies, etc.- to get support in the end of their projects) or to the official programming of the 33 edition of the International Movie Festival in Guadalajara (FICG) from 9 to 16 March 2018.

What will selected projects get?

If your project is finally selected you can get the following benefits:

- Possible projection for members of the FICG industry.

- Publication of the project information in the catalogue of FICG and in www.ficginla.com

- Authorisation of the festival for two representors of each participating movie.

- Two nights with accommodation in Los Ángeles (California) to go to FICG on 2 and 3 November. Transport and food costs are at participating projects’ expenses.

Here you can check the full-length film Maquinaria Panamericana, which was awarded in the festival in past editions. Maquinaria Panamericana is an absurd comedy by Joaquín del Paso which takes place in a company specialised in selling and repair machinery for building and demolition.
