The students of this edition presented in the form of a pitch the projects developed throughout the year in front of a very prominent representation of the Valencian audiovisual industry.
On this occasion, the event took place on June 11 in the Graduation Hall of the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication, and included a previous conference by the producer and cultural manager, Joana Chilet, who conveyed to the attendees the importance of participating in creative laboratories and residencies, as well as going to the co-production markets, both for creators and for audiovisual companies that seek to raise the financing of a project.
The students of this edition presented ¿Quién teme al lobo feroz?, a documentary feature film created and developed by Luis Miguel Mayordomo, Daniel Terrén and Jorge Muñoz; Rojo sobre blanco, a fictional feature film created and developed by Luis Noguerón, Belén Martínez, Veornika Kuzmina and Celia Hernández; ALL IN. Todo o nada, a docu-reality created and developed by MariCarmen Rodríguez, Araceli Galiano, Aida Aparicio, Valentina Afanador and Carla Meksoub; Backstage, a docu-tainment created and developed by Silvia Vera, Víctor Serrat and Luis Nogales; and Enaguas internacionales, a sitcom created and developed by Alejandro Pérez, Ismael Ahlamine and Adrián Martínez.
The professionals in charge of commenting on the projects were Alfred Costa, Deputy Director of Content and Programs at À Punt Radiotelevisión Valenciana; Mila Luengo, executive producer of Aire de Cinema; Vicent Monsonís, director and executive producer of Stanbrook Produccions; and Araceli Isaac, executive producer at Nakamura Films. Among the attendees there was also a large presence of producers and directors from the audiovisual sector interested in the talent of our students. These professional conversations have been the first of many and will serve to position the projects within the audiovisual industry.
