Next 10 May 2024 will be held the 3rd Conference of Financial Market of the Bank of Spain in its headquarter of Valencia
These conferences want to bring close the university academic community to some of the theoretical and empirical lines of research developed in the Bank of Spain, related with the functioning of financial markets. In this edition, the following lines of research are included: measures of inflation volatility, *repo markets, sovereign risk and banking supervisory architecture, *open *banking and the *Fintech sector, cryptocurrencies and *ESG factors in portfolio management
In the same way, the data base available in the Operation Department of the Bank of Spain will be described, for the realisation of economic and financial analysis, as well as the research lines in process. The aim of this exercise is to improve the interaction of the Bank of Spain with the university academic community and to favour the elaboration of future research works together with the bank and the university.
