Conxín Puchol Campos

Holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Institut Químic de Sarrià/Universitat Ramon Llull and a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention from the University of Vigo. Since 2004, she has been the vice-dean of the Official College of Chemists of the Valencian Community. She is the R&D Director at the multinational paint company Vibrantz (Benicarló) and has participated on numerous occasions in staff selection committees. She has extensive experience in teaching courses on professional CV preparation and recruitment processes. She is a member of the Master's Academic Advisory Committee (CCA).

She participates in the Master's program in three seminars: "How to Prepare a Good CV", "Practical Workshop: How to Succeed in a Job Interview", and, starting this academic year, "Would You Do the Right Thing? Workshop on Ethical Dilemmas in the Workplace". These last two workshops are integrated within the teaching innovation project "Role-playing Games and Cross-Evaluation for the Integration of Professional Skills for Employability in Chemistry Studies (JOAQUIM)", in which Conxín Puchol participates as an external team member.

Pasqual Bosch

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Universitat de València. He worked for around 6 years as a chemist in the private sector before starting his secondary teaching career. He is currently a civil servant in the secondary education teaching corps specializing in Chemistry. From 2009 to 2013, he was head of the quality assurance, product stewardship, and R&D laboratory at the former company PIROREC SL, which focused its business on tire waste recovery. He is a member of the Official College of Chemists of the Valencian Community. As a result of his background in the chemical industry, he has taught multiple courses related to waste management and valorization.

He has participated in the Master's program for years, teaching seminars on "Waste Management and Circular Economy: Technical Challenges and Ethical Dilemmas". Additionally, this academic year he has also participated in the workshop titled "Would You Do the Right Thing? Workshop on Ethical Dilemmas in the Workplace".

Juan Antonio Gabaldón

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Universitat de València. He has worked for 38 years in the paint industry, specializing in wood finishes, exterior wood coatings, and decorative paints. He has also conducted training by teaching courses and Master's degrees at universities (Valencia and Vigo), technological institutes, professional associations, and technical organizations. He has held several leadership positions on the board of the Official College of Chemists of Valencia, where he served as dean and secretary.

He teaches the seminar "Chemistry of the Paint Industry".

Dr. Enrique Vaqué Urbaneja

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Universitat de València and a PhD in Chemistry from the Universitat Politècnica de València. In addition, he holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universitat Politècnica de València. He has extensive experience in marketing within the chemical sector and has held positions in operations management, export, and sales across various companies. Since 2023, he has been Sales Manager at DC Fine Chemicals.

For several academic years, he has been teaching the seminar "Marketing in the Chemical Industry".

Dr. Juan Francisco Ferrer Crespo

Holds a Bachelor's degree and a PhD in Chemistry from the Universitat de València. He conducted his doctoral research in the field of synthesizing more sustainable polyurethanes without isocyanates. He has worked at AIMPLAS/Plastics Technology Centre since 2021, and since 2023 he has been leading the Microplastics Laboratory.

For the past two academic years, he has taught seminars related to microplastics and their management. In this academic year, he taught the seminar "Microplastics, Emerging Contaminants, and Environmental Health".

Jesús Carretero López

Chemical Engineer from the Universitat de València. He has been the Director of QUIMACOVA (Association of Chemical Companies of the Valencian Community) since 2006, giving him first-hand knowledge of the Valencian chemical sector and related companies.

He teaches a seminar titled "Data and Characteristics of the Chemical Sector in the Valencian Community".

Ferran Marco Faderna

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Universitat de València. He works as a process, quality, hygiene, safety, and environment (QHSE) engineer at Industrias Químicas del Vallés SA. Additionally, since 2019 he has been a postgraduate lecturer at ESIC Business & Marketing School. He has been a member of the technical committee of QUIMACOVA (Association of Chemical Companies of the Valencian Community) since 2011. He holds certifications as an Internal Auditor for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (TÜV Rheinland Group), Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (ESEL), and Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser-ADR Global (Generalitat Valenciana).

In the Master's program, he teaches the seminar "Environment, Quality, or Lean Manufacturing".

José Ramón Barreiro Fernández

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the Universitat de València. Since 2001, he has been Head of Management Systems and Compliance at the multinational agrochemical company Sipcam Inagra SA. In addition, he has been a lecturer in the Master's Degree in Criminal Compliance at the Universidad Europea since 2021 and has participated in our Master's program since that same year.

He teaches the seminar "Phytosanitary Legislation and Environment".

Yolanda Olcina Ibáñez

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Universitat de València, with over 25 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental management across SMEs and multinationals in the chemical industry and distribution sectors. Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention specializing in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Psychosociology. She has been working at Univar Solutions for over 19 years and, since 2016, has been the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for Spain.

She teaches the seminar "Industrial Safety".

Maite Finch Talón

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Talent Management from the Universitat de València. She also holds a Master's degree in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders from the UNED. She is a psychologist specializing in corporate coaching. In addition to our university, she has taught courses at the Universitat Politècnica de València and the Official College of Psychology of the Valencian Community.

She teaches the workshop "Personal and Professional Skills Development".
