  • The part-time students enrolled in the Master’s degree, will perform this work in the term when the placements are carried out.
  • Type: Compulsory

Prerequisites:

Where appropriate, the prerequisites that must be met in order to access the module: Having passed all the modules of the Master’s degree.

Brief description of the module:

The student must know how to use all the resources required to develop research such as ICT, literature, databases, methods of empirical research...

The agents will be the student and the tutor or director, the first will provide the second periodic reports to propose and the second will supervise all the work done by the student. For this, the student must attend regularly scheduled meetings and consult the tutor about all doubts raised during the preparation of the work.

Competencies (learning results):

  • Competency 1: To be able to describe clearly the goals proposed and the results achieved in the work.
  • Competency 2: To perform a synthesis work that integrate the experiences of professional activities and the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the Master’s degree.
  • Competency 3: To embody the skills acquired and applied in the detection, prevention and or intervention in the context of childhood.
  • Competency 4: To be specific on the result of the experience and knowledge acquired in formulating innovative strategies and concrete action.
  • Competency 5: To create intervention programmes and strategies to achieve health benefits from the theoretical-practical experience.
  • Competency 6: To reflect in the scientific work a cross-disciplinary vision in the approach to the difficulties encountered in the field of perinatal and childhood.
  • Competency 7: To know how to use the scientific method in preparing the work and propose measures compelling, consistent, creative and innovative action.
  • Competency 8: To communicate orally and convey clearly the method used and the results obtained.
