PhD students and faculty from the Master's in Advanced Optometry and Vision Sciences of the Bachelor's Degree in Optics and Optometry participate in the VII SEEBV Conference.

From October 20th to 22nd, the Spanish Society of Low Vision and Visual Rehabilitation Specialists (SEEBV) held its VII Low Vision Conference at the World Trade Center in Zaragoza. Experts in various fields such as glaucoma, high myopia, neurodegenerative diseases, neuro-rehabilitation, Parkinson's, geriatric patients, low vision apps, and retina, participated in these sessions, providing real clinical cases and live patient demonstrations.

This year, doctoral candidate Alba Herrero Gracia participated as an attendee due to the connection of her doctoral thesis with the conference. Also in attendance was Professor Isabel Fambuena Muedra, a Visual Rehabilitation instructor from the Master's in Advanced Optometry and Vision Sciences program, who aimed to stay updated on the latest developments in the field to provide students with the most current information. Additionally, two students currently enrolled in the Master's in Advanced Optometry and Vision Sciences, interested in specializing in this field, attended as speakers.
