Main activities of the unit
- Financial management of projects, contracts and agreements of the research staff assigned to the buildings of the Institutes.
- Financial and administrative budget management for the functioning of the buildings of the Institutes.
- Control and supervision of the fulfilment of the contracts with the service providers, such as cleaning, surveillance, etc.
- Management of the common spaces, meeting room, seminars, storage room, etc.
- Collaboration with the Vice Principal for Scientific Policy, as regards to the visits to the premises of the Institutes of public and private bodies.
- To inform users of the Unit about the issues that affect them and specially the regulations and instructions coming from the University of Valencia.
- To coordinate the requests and suggestions of the research Institutes and direct them to the appropiate body.
