The EHEA framework and the Spanish regulations establish that universities should guarantee in its actions the compliance of the objectives associated to teachings, looking over its continuous improvement. Therefore, the universities should have policies and Internal Quality Assurance Systems (SGIC) formally established and publicly available.

The Internal Quality Assurance System that the Universitat de València has implemented in all its centres has as main objective the improvement of degrees, providing the maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the existing resources.
