Biography

PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Valencia. I currently work in the Department of Research Methods and Diagnosis in Education at the same university, where I teach in various undergraduate programs (e.g., Pedagogy, Social Education, Physical Activity and Sports Sciences), Master's programs (e.g., Psychopedagogy), and Doctoral programs (e.g., PhD Program in Education). Previously, I have been affiliated with other institutions such as the National University of Distance Education (UNED) and the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), both in Spain.

My most recent research interests focus on methodological specialization in the assessment of reporting quality in evaluative studies of complex interventions. I also develop several lines of research focused on the analysis of the quality and inclusion of primary studies, the appraisal of reporting and evidence quality, as well as the evaluation of risk of bias in systematic reviews and meta-analyses. The ultimate goal is to promote transparency and replicability in research as essential criteria for the cumulative advancement of scientific knowledge.

My research trajectory has involved participation in competitive projects at both national and international levels, publication in high-impact scientific journals and prestigious academic publishers, as well as the dissemination of results at specialized national and international conferences. In pursuit of further specialization in methodology and statistical analysis, I am an active member of the Spanish Association of Methodology of Behavioral Sciences (AEMCCO) and the European Association of Methodology (EAM). My methodological profile has allowed me to contribute to studies on a wide range of topics (e.g., Learning Analytics, Chemsex, Slamsex, Sexting, Burnout, Child-to-parent violence, among others).

If you would like to learn more about my work as a lecturer and researcher in Education, you are welcome to visit my website.
