The RSE Laboratory of the University of Valencia and the Revista de Derecho del Sistema Financiero journal have promoted the International Congress of Sustainability and Law of the Finance System, which will be held on November 15, 16 and 17, 2023 at the La Nau Cultural Centre of the University of Valencia (C/ de la Universitat, 2, 46003 València).
The programme includes 11 panels and workshops in which more than 40 specialists in the field will participate, both national and international. The 15 report papers will analyse sustainability from different legal perspectives. The interventions of said 16 and 17 will address how sustainability affects the Law of the Financial System, without the detriment of also reserving spaces for other questions of current affairs or of utmost practical significance. In short, this work – a meeting point and debate between professionals, financial entities and academics – aspires to be a reference for the interests of both sustainability and the Law of the Financial System.
The Conference, throughout its three days, will also allow the 65 communicators to defend their works, both of which will opt to be guards for the new edition of the awards of the Revista de Derecho del Sistema.
In total, it is expected that at least 200 people will attend the International Conference on Sustainability and Management of the Financial System. However, the Conference can be attended both in person and online.
