Instructions to book facilities

 

  • BOOKING OF PADDEL/TENNIS COURTS
  • The tennis and paddle courts can only be booked by users who are holders of the Universitat de València card (students, PAS and PDI) or the UV sports card, in "active" status.
  • The reservation of the courts will be preferably online, with a maximum of 7 days in advance, according to the procedure available on the following link: https://uv.i2a.es/CronosWebVa/Login

  • It is also possible to reserve the courts at the Tarongers and Blasco Ibáñez campus facilities, through the vending machines located at the entrances to the aforementioned sports facilities. In the case of users with the sports card, the use of the vending machines requires a previous validation of the password on the following link https://uv.i2a.es/CronosWebVa/Login
  • The use of the pistes willalwaysrequire prior reservation and payment of the reservation fee for occasional use indicated in the UV's Budgetary Execution Regulations and on the website of the Servei d'Esports. Payment can only be made by bank card via the internet or at vending machines.
  • The usage of the courts without having made a prior reservation may block the card in the system of access to the sports facilities of the Universitat de València.
  • RESERVATION MODIFICATION FOR PERSONAL REASONS: Reservations made can be  CHANGED IN DATE AND TIME,for personal reasons, ONCE ONCE ONLY, at least 6 hours before the start of the reserved time, using the following telephone numbers (the date of the new reservation will have a time limit of 7 days from the date of the telephone call):
    • Blasco Ibáñez telephone number: 963983236 (Ext. 52030)

  • WEATHER EMINENCIES: in case of a meteorological eminence that makes it impossible to play the game, it will be possible:
    • Request a change in the date and time of the reservation, using the telephone numbers indicated in the previous point.   w:
    • Request the cancellation of the reservation and the refund of the amount paid, in accordance with the procedure indicated in the following point.
  •  RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID: you can request the cancellation of the reservation and the refund of the amount paid, due to bad weather or personal reasons, as indicated below:
    • Reservation cancellation: cancellation must be requested by telephone at the telephone numbers indicated in point 7, at least 12 hours in advance if the cause is not due to inclement weather.

  • BOOKING OF OTHER AREAS
  • Booking of other sport areas will be requested by email, minimum two days previously, attaching application form properly filled in
  • Sport Service, once checked the requested facility and its availability, will send an email to the applicant with the hire fee and the limited access to facilities.
  • The applicant must send certificate of the bank transfer to the account:            
    • Universitat de València.

  • When having received certificate, booking will be confirmed to the applicant by email.

Fscilities booking or hire is for practicing a sport. In no case classes or other activities can be taught.

  • BOOKING IN CAMPUS BURJASSOT

Sport Service has got no own facilities in Campus Burjassot, but there is an agreement with Burjassot Town Hall through which, by showing UV card when making payment, a 50% discount is applied over hiring fees.

AVAILABLE FACILITIES:

  1. In Municipal Sports Center: fields of indoors football, basketball, fronton, paddel, tennis, football 7, football 11 and mini basketball. Bookings on the phone 96 364 34 65.
  2. In Covered Pavilion: indoors football and basketball (nowadays it can not be used as it is vaccination center. It is anticipated that in September will be available). Bookings on the phone 96 390 13 98.
