Talk on Software Testing. Test automation and Continuous integration

The talk will take place on Friday 16 at 12:00 in Room 1.0.1.

The speaker will be Mª José Villanueva, Project and Quality Manager and Software Developer of UMANICK, who will speak about the importance of software testing in order to assure the quality of the products, UMANICK’s experiences in this matter, and the good practices and technologies that are used in this enterprise to automate tests and implement continuous integration.

The session will be composed of two parts:

12:00-14:00: Introduction to Software Testing and Continuous Integration.

15:00 a 17:00: Practices with Eclipse, Git and Maven.

The students who attend to both parts will receive an accrediting diploma.
