Description
The tremendous demographic catastrophe, the international political and economic crisis caused by the Great War (1914-1918) and the period of conflict until the World War II, along with the financial and economic crisis after the crash of 1929, made the world food market and the access to them were a matter of great political importance, with a clear health dimension. This project examines the importance of hunger, malnutrition and deterioration of health in this context, and the efforts of states and international organizations.
