The partners of the eID4Spain20 project met on Friday, March 11 to determine the steps to be taken during the year in which the initiative will be completed. In this way, they presented the current status of their implementations and listed the challenges they faced.

The City Council of Torrent, the City Council of Alcobendas and the Provincial Council of Ourense participate in the initiative with the coordination of the Institute on Robotics and Information and Communication Technologies (IRTIC). The initiative focuses on the connection of public electronic services provided by the three public administrations to the Spanish eIDAS node through CL@VE 2.0.

In this regard, the implementing entities aim to carry out cross-border authentication in line with the eIDAS Regulation. The European Commission's Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) is co-financing this project through the CEF Telecom program.
