Mr. Victor D'Aza, Secretary General, and Mr. Rafael Santos, Director of International Cooperation, have visited INTRAS and, subsequently, have been received by Dr. Rosa Donat, Vice Rector of Innovation and Transfer of the University of Valencia, in order to finalize the details leading to the signing of the collaboration agreement between the two institutions.

The Dominican Municipal League (LMD) was created by Law No. 49 of 1938, with the intention of fostering collaboration between municipalities and, at the same time, favoring and promoting international municipal cooperation.

The current management of the LMD (2021-2025), headed by Victor D'Aza, seeks a process of internal strengthening, renewal of the relationship with local governments and the Central Government as well as a relaunching of the institutional image, with a view to contributing to the improvement of the quality of the actions of the local power in favor of the communities.
