Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, attended the Shadowing Program Mentor Briefing Session, held on January 30, 2025.

The Vice-Rectorate for Lifelong Learning, Teaching Transformation and Employment of the University of Valencia promotes, through its employment service, UVjob, the 5th edition of the Shadowing program.

This is a mentoring program, a process through which a more experienced person (the mentor) guides and helps another (mentee) in their professional and personal development through the transmission of knowledge and experiences acquired throughout his or her career.

The objective of the Shadowing Program is that mentors and mentees guide, guide and advise final year undergraduate students or graduate students (official master's or doctoral) of the University of Valencia in their professional insertion or career development, through the transfer of experiences, knowledge and experiences generated by mentors and mentees.
