The Rector and Francisco Alonso met, among others, with the Executive Director of INTRANT (National Institute of Traffic and Land Transportation), with the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Dominican Republic (MESCyT), with the Vice Minister of Education, with the Director of INAFOCAM (National Institute for Teacher Education and Training), with different universities in the country and with executives of the Dominican Association of University Rectors (ADRU) and the Dominican Association of Universities (ADOU)
