INTRAS will be in charge of refining Oviedo's project to establish a low emission zone to ban the circulation of the most polluting cars in the city centre.

On 26 May 2022, Oviedo City Council has selected INTRAS as Technical Assistance to undertake the consultancy to develop the project for the implementation of a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the Municipality of Oviedo.

INTRAS will be in charge of:

• Determining the works to be carried out, as well as the schedule of actions, essential deadlines and reference price/cost.
• Drawing up the respective technical specifications, prior to the appropriate tendering process.
• To carry out the technical evaluation of the proposals presented by the respective bidders.
• To provide the support required by the technical-administrative bodies with regard to the award proposal.
