Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, attended the event to celebrate the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, which was held in Valencia on November 19, 2023.

Since October 26, 2005, the UN General Assembly declared the third Sunday of November as the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.

Since then, in many cities around the world, this day has been used to remember and commemorate all those killed and run over on the road, whether they are drivers, pedestrians, cyclists or any other person who has suffered the so-called Road Violence.
