A municipal office of Cartagena de Indias (Colombia) has visited the city of Valencia from 17 to 24 October 2017 in order to provide elements of analysis and reflection that allow to go deep into core topics of the technical cooperation agreement signed between both towns in February.

Among the activities performed, it has been included the visit to INTRAS on 18th afternoon, where our director Francisco Alonso has welcomed them.

The working days have been spaces for the exchange of information, joint reflection, and the identification of successful experiences that allow for progress in municipal management related to issues such as the strengthening of the traffic signalling and road information system in the municipality. The project of parking in the historic centre of the city is also included in this thematic area.
