The Agreement takes place under the collaboration framework for the integration and removing of communication barriers.

The purpose is to regulate relations between the University and Fesord CV Foundation to develop a plan for joint action in education, with the general purpose of this framework agreement as follows:

1. The reciprocal training: both the Fesord CV Foundation professionals and students of the University and from there to education professionals of Fesord CV Foundation.
2. The full integration and socio-educational normalization of students with hearing impairment at the University in its various fields and aspects.
3. The implementation of actions related to sign language, their training, dissemination and use in the University through the Fesord CV Foundation.

Furthermore,

• It is established that the University and Fesord CV Foundation may sign cooperation agreements with social voluntary organizations to support deaf students and must inform each other of the efforts made in this regard.
• The University undertakes to inform the deaf students on current legislation regarding aid for fees and tuition.
• The active collaboration is essential to get training and incorporation of deaf students into the labour market.
• The Fesord CV Foundation will participate in the various institutional and academic events organized by the University, upon invitation by the latter.
