The agreement has the nature of a partnership framework of cultural, educational and scientific collaboration between the UV and ASPAS-Valencia.

The cooperation between the parties will be established from specific attachments or agreements that subscribe in the shelter of this framework agreement, describing the details to be carried out.

The activities will be organised with the collaboration of the corresponding service, centre, department or organism of the UV, based on the content to be developed. They will supervise the academic quality of the activities planned by ASPAS-Valencia.

Specific agreement of the framework convention between the UV and ASPAS-VALENCIA with cultural, educational and scientific collaboration aims.

Their goal is the presentation by ASPAS-Valencia of the training offer which can be validated by free elective credits.

Thus this offer should meet the following requirements:

• It must comply with the current regulations in the UV for the development of training activities recognised as free elective credits.
• This should be submitted to the University Extension Service, which is in charge of proposing this to the competent bodies of the UV for its approval.
• It should meet the guidelines set by the University Extension Service in its calls for courses proposals, workshops and seminars, and to adjust to the presentation deadlines determined by the UV’s studies regulations.
