The agreement aims at regulating the collaboration of the UV and COCEMFE for achieving the elaboration of programmes and training activities of different type in two directions.

As the general objectives of this agreement, are established:

• The full integration and the socio-educative standarisation of physical and organical disabled people in the UV, in their different spheres and aspects.
• Keeping active information of the activities organised by both entities such as conferences, prizes-awarding, events of interest for the  group of people with disabilities.

On the other hand, the UV has committed, in collaboration with COCEMFE to:

• Undertaking and promoting in the different spheres and university strata information and sensibilisation campaigns aiming to raise awareness of the reality, peculiarities, possibilities and essential characteristics of the educative integration of university students with physical and organic disabilities.
• Providing the necessary means and creating the adaptation mechanisms to make access easy to these university students, as long as they comply with the current regulations.
• Making collaborations with regard to physical and sport activities adapted to university students with a pysical and organical disability.
• Informing physical and organic disabled students about the current regulations with regard to grants for enrolment fees.
• Favouring the capasitation and incorporation to the world of work,by fostering initiatives which favour the curricular workplacements and internships of students with physical and organical disabilities, through fundations, public and private organisms linked to both institutions.
• Exchanging as much information, documentation and bibliography as is considered of interent for the achievement of the goals set out in this Agreement, as well as the design, ejecution and assessment of the joint activities carried out jointly.
