The agreement has the nature of a partnership framework of cultural, educational and scientific collaboration between the UV and the ‘Mancomunitat de Municipis de la Vall d’Albaida’ (Grouping of municipalities of la Vall d’Albaida).

The cooperation between the parties will be established from specific attachments or agreements that subscribe in the shelter of this framework agreement, describing the details to be carried out.

The activities will be organised with the collaboration of the corresponding service, centre, department or organism of the UV, based on the content to be developed. They will supervise the academic quality of the activities planned by the Grouping of municipalities of la Vall d’Albaida.

Specific agreement of the framework convention between the UV and Grouping of municipalities of la Vall d’Albaida with cultural, educational and scientific collaboration aims.

Their goal is the presentation by the Grouping of municipalities of la Vall d’Albaida of the training offer which can be validated by free elective credits.

Thus this offer should meet the following requirements:

• it must comply with the current regulations in the UV for the development of training activities recognised as free elective credits.
• this should be submitted to the University Extension Service, which is in charge of proposing this to the competent bodies of the UV for its approval.
• should meet the established foundations by the University Extension Service in its calls of courses proposals, workshops and lectures, and adjust to the presentation deadline that studies regulations of University Extension determine.
