The Universitat i Societat in Llíria emerges from the strong commitment of the Llíria’s City Hall for the training over the life and the active ageing, with the support of the Universitat de València. The Universitat i Societat is specially addressed to people  over 30 years old with curiosity for learning and motivation for culture.

It is set up in Llíria in the academic year 2024-2025 through a multidisciplinary 120 hour itinerary.

The Universitat i Societat in Llíria presents different contents distributed among the following:

• The core subjects. Four each course, with 24 hours each subject. They guarantee a basic introduction to several subjects;
  • Plus course: Music and emotions, History, geography, art and heritage, Magic and religion in Ancient Rome, History of language and literature.

• The conferences. Four each course. They include a varied offer of topics of general interest.
