On the morning of 26 January 2026, the seminar “Reflections on the Use of Video in Language Didactics” will take place at the Faculty of Teacher Training of the Universitat de València. This is a training activity organized within the framework of the VIDECOM project (CIGE/2024/119).
The seminar aims to analyze the potential of video as a didactic resource in language teaching and learning, and will combine theoretical reflections with practical examples linked to teacher training and students’ audiovisual production.
The session will include an opening keynote by Aina Monferrer (Universitat de València) on the design and contextualization of videotutorials for language teaching, followed by different contributions devoted to the research lines of the VIDECOM project, with contributions from Carme Durán and Mireia Manresa (UAB), Irene Guzmán Alcón (UV), Pilar Garcia-Vidal and Alícia Martí-Climent (UV).
The activity may be attended in person at the Aula Concepción Medina García (PB-04) or online via the following Zoom link.
