The objective of this Master is to provide the necessary knowledge, techniques and tools so that those qualified can occupy management and directorship posts in companies, helping them to improve their productivity and capacity in a changing, globalized and highly competitive business environment.

To this end, the programme will provide students with the following skills:

• The aquisition of an integrated vision of the company, its processes and internal relations, developing directive skills for planning and the management of change.
• The analysis and resolution of management problems through the creation of models and the use of optimization techniques, in the planning and control of production, inventory management, logistics, project management and cost analysis.
• The adequate management of information and communication technologies. Designing procedures for data collection and analysis.
• Carry out and coordinate projects for technological improvement and innovation in mangement.
