This service joins all the requests related to the Information Systems Service made by the users of the University. There are as many kinds of incoming requests as applications dealt with by the Information Systems Service (microcomputing trouble tickets, email account request, website request, request of programmes licensed by the University, IP number request for the university’s machines, request for new programmes in computer rooms of the UV, request for disk space, email problems, website problems, problems with licensed packages installation, operating data request, university management applications).
