iMBA Professor to deliver lecture on leadership at Harvard University

Dr Manuel Guillén Parra, professor in the International Master’s Degree in Business Administration programme and member of its academic coordinating commission, will be leading a discussion on leadership at Harvard University.

The theme of this event will be “Building Trust in Organizations through Meaningful Work” and is organised by the Kennedy School of Government Alumni/ae association. This breakfast discussion will take place at the Real Colegio Computense at Harvard, a Spanish centre affiliated to Harvard University.

Professor Guillén is the University of Valencia Representative at RCC-Harvard University. He is also the Director of the IECO (Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organisations), an institute that seeks to “train researchers and develop critical thinking about ethics in communication and organizations”, through research, education and consultancy.

He is a Tenured Professor of Management at the University of Valencia, teaching Management of human resources in global contexts in the International Master’s Degree in Business Administration programme. He also recently organised an International Colloquium at RCC-Harvard University dealing on the same matter.
