Chair AIMPLAS-UV will provide three grants for starting researches for degree and master's degree students from Universitat de València in the areas of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechology.
Goal of the grants
The goal is to promote research about plastic sustainability and circular economy by providing financial support that allows students to start their research projects within this field.
Eligible participants
- Degree students of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology within the regulations at the end of the application period, 6.1 in the regulations.
- Master's degree students of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Universitat de València within the regulation, 6.2 in the regulations.

Grant amount
- There will be three grants of competitive concurrency for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Each grant consists of 1200 € from the Chair AIMPLAS-UV.
- The grants serve as support for education and not as salary or payment.
- The grants must be used during the 2025-2026 academic year, with a minimum duration of 4 months, and 270 hours dedicated to education.
Application deadline is on 15 October 2025.
Chair AIMPLAS-UV uses this initiative to promote research and bring students closer to applied research in sustainability and circular economy, further strengthening the link between the academic area and social an environmental challenges nowadays.
