
The conference will take place at the Faculty of Geography and History of the UV.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the University and Business Chairs (UVcàtedres) programme, the Vice-Principal for Innovation and Transfer is organising a series of activities to publicise and make visible the important work carried out by the chairs.
On the 18 April, the "Conference of UV Chairs in Humanities and Social Sciences" will take place at the Faculty of Geography and History UV.
The conference will begin with an exhibition of the work carried out by each of the chairs in this field, which will be inaugurated by the distinguished Principal of the Universitat de Valencia, followed by a tribute to the Joan Fuster Chair, the oldest chair of the UV, directed by Carme Gregori Soldevila.
This will be followed by a panel discussion: "Culture, Territory and Valencian Society. A view from the university chairs", followed by a closing speech by Rosa Mª Donat, Vice-Principal for Innovation and Transfer.
The day will end with a networking area.
