The competencies correspond to the general goals of the qualification and it have the following characteristics:

- To ensure the basic competencies gathered in the RD 1393/2007 and those others that are in the Spanish Qualifications Framework for Higher Education, MECES.

- They match the needs of social and employment demands

- They are assessable.
