The programme opens with institutional remarks by Marisa Vázquez de Ágredos Pascual and María José Gálvez, followed by documentary screenings and two thematic blocks moderated by Marcia Jadue Boeri, who coordinates the contributions of FULL, APIV, AVVAC, ORC/GC, FEVIM, ACRE and UNIÓN_AC.
On 19 November, the event continues with diagnostic presentations from cultural entities, a cultural performance, and key lectures, including those presented by Raül Abeledo, academic director of the Cultural Observatory of UV. His participation introduces reflections on European funding for culture in the context of climate change, and on the value of culture in emergency situations.
The event concludes with the launch of the artistic good practices manual, De la creación al trámite, and a final networking reception. The gathering reinforces the importance of cultural sustainability, scientific evidence and coordinated governance for building a more resilient cultural sector.
