The comparative report tracks progress towards the EU’s education and training objectives. It also complements the seven objectives set in the EEA strategic framework with several indicators that provide context and inform policy instruments. The 2025 edition also includes new proposed objectives, such as those related to STEM and citizenship, which were presented in the context of the Skills Union and as part of the EEA mid-term review.
