Two post-war lovers, a woman that waits for her never-arriving son, the mourning, the hunger, the discovery of love and sex... This play is based on the short stories from a book of poems of Vicent Andrés Estellés. It is a reading of the raw, yet beautiful, world that reflects that of the war, the post-war period. It is just that: our reading. To see the sliver of happiness in a sunken world, the glimpse of hope within the neighbours mutual understanding, the bread or even the light that grows within the darkness: his, but our Libro de maravillas.

Theater tickets can be booked in advance at la Tenda de la Universitat (UV shop) at La Nau, and at the University campus, or on its website (https://events.fundacio.es/o/5). Tickets €3

All cultural activities programmed by the University Culture Service during the 2024/2025 academic year will have a solidarity nature dedicated to the victims of DANA; The proceeds from the tickets will go to the #UVajuda campaign started by the University of Valencia
