Last 24 November, we celebrated the 1st International Seminar on Intergenerational Justice, an essential space for reflecting on our responsibilities towards the future generations
Throughout the session, some debates were sparked off by contributions from the attendees. We extend our thanks to the lecturers: Federico Buyolo, Culture spokesman from the Ortgea Marañón Foundation, who invited us to reflect on whether we must aspire to be good ancestors; Azahara Palomeque, writer and poet, who tackled the topic “Do we liveworse lives than our parents?”; and Guido Saraceni, professor at the University of Teramo, who enriched the debate with his critical contribution.
Likewise, we are thankful to all attendees for their interest in a subject that directly questions human rights and the global challenges of our time.
