The Universitat de València hosted the 15th EIASM Workshop on Top Management Teams and Business Strategy Research on March 26–27 at the Faculty of Economics. This workshop has become a leading international forum for academic exchange in the field of strategic management and top management teams.
Several members of our research group actively participated in the event, contributing to scholarly discussions and sharing their research with academics from a wide range of international institutions.
The workshop brought together experts in business strategy to examine the role of top management teams in a context shaped by digital transformation, social change, and global challenges, fostering a highly valuable environment for academic reflection and exchange.
In this context, members of our group presented the following papers:
