1. Current work and professional activity

I currently work at the Radiodiagnosis Service, Valencian Institute of Oncology Foundation (IVO) as clinical head and associate professor at the Catholic University of Valencia (UCV). I have participated in clinical research and teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate courses (UCV, UNED and UV).

I am a Doctor of Medicine from the Universities of Valencia and Salamanca, a Specialist in Radiodiagnosis, a Master's Degree in Health and Drug Economics (Pompeu Fabra University), and in Medical Management and Clinical Management (National School of Health; Carlos III Health Institute-UNED). ANECA tenured lecturer accreditation.

3. Research activity and scientific production

My main line of research focuses on the use of medical imaging in oncology and adult spine pathology. I have participated in three funded projects, two of them international, related to the application of virtual reality applied in the context of the neurological patient. I have 164 scientific publications and a 29h index (JCR).

I am currently CEO of Armonix, a technology company specialized in the development of digital solutions for health and sports, where I lead technological innovation projects in collaboration with institutions such as FISABIO, Universitat Jaume I, Hospital La Fe and pharmaceutical companies such as Takeda. At the same time, I develop my teaching activity as a full professor of the Master's Degree in Functional Recovery in Physiotherapy (MORF) at the University of Valencia and I collaborate as an advisor in technological exploitation programs (TRL UP) of the Universitat Politècnica de València. I carry out clinical activity as a physiotherapist at the Breakers Clinic (Valencia) working for several years with high-performance athletes, including professional tennis players in international ATP tournaments.

I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (University of Valencia) and a degree in Physiotherapy (University of Valencia). I have a Master's Degree in Manual Therapy with a Neuro-Orthopedic-Clinical approach (University of Valencia) and a "Master's Degree" in Sports Science from the Federal University of Santa Maria (Brazil). I am currently doing the PhD program in Health Sciences at the University of Valencia, with a line focused on digital therapeutic adherence and the development of technological solutions applied to physiotherapy.

3. Research activity and scientific production

My research activity focuses on the development and validation of digital tools applied to physiotherapy and rehabilitation in specific populations such as patients with hemophilia. I have been the main author of several presentations at conferences. In addition, I have collaborated in innovation projects with FISABIO, Hospital General de Castellón, Universitat Jaume I, Hospital La Fe and Takeda, as well as in lines of research in biomechanics and physiology of sport in Brazil.

I am responsible for the Biomedical Engineering Area of the Institute of Biomechanics, where I coordinate projects aimed at the design and development of medical devices and biomechanical assessment methodologies.

2. Academic training and specialization

I am a Technical Engineer in Electronics and an Engineer in Industry Organization from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Based on my activity at the Institute of Biomechanics, I specialized in biomechanical recording and assessment technologies, thus developing my doctoral thesis on the functional assessment of the shoulder.

3. Research activity and scientific production

My research activity has been mainly linked to the biomechanical assessment of pathologies of the musculoskeletal system. My lines of research began with the application of laboratory movement analysis technologies, evolving towards portable recording technologies and, more recently, towards the application  of machine learning techniques. I have participated in more than 30 research projects funded by national and European entities and I have generated multiple scientific contributions. This research has had an impact on technology transfer activities in companies from various sectors of the industrial fabric of the Valencian Community.

I currently work at the “Moviment i Salut, centre de fisioteràpia”, as a physiotherapist, where I perform clinical intervention with patients with musculoskeletal pain and combine my clinical practice with classes as an associate professor at the Cardenal Herrera CEU University.

I have a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Valencia, with a Master's Degree in Structural Osteopathy.

3. Research activity and scientific production

I have published several articles and a book chapter related to clinical reasoning and assessment in physiotherapy. I have also participated as a speaker in numerous relevant scientific conferences and congresses in the field of physiotherapy.

I currently work at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of Murcia as a Full Professor, where I carry out teaching, management and research activities in several degrees.

2. Academic background and specialization

I have a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Valencia, with a Master's Degree in Healthcare Quality Management from the University of Murcia and another Master's Degree in Statistics and Research Methodology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. I have a PhD from the University of Murcia.

My main lines of research focus on outcomes measurement in Physiotherapy and the models of Functioning and Disability in different populations. I have participated in more than 10 funded projects, both nationally and regionally, related to the aforementioned lines. I have about 90 publications in journals indexed in JCR.

1. Current work and professional activity

Currently, I am a specialized care nurse at the Internal Medicine and Pulmonology Unit of the Doctor Peset Hospital (Valencia). In addition, I work as an instructor of SVB and SVA through various companies in the training of both teaching staff in educational centers and in the field of training in companies.

On the other hand, I develop my teaching activity as a professor in the Master's Degree in Functional Recovery in Physiotherapy at the UV, as well as in the development and management of continuing education and postgraduate programs as a training coordinator at Medicarama. In addition, I have extensive experience as a trainer of competitive examinations for EIR and health professionals in different entities.

I have a degree in Nursing from the University of Valencia, with extensive complementary training in advanced nursing techniques such as: ultrasound, ultrasound-guided vascular access, emergencies, life support, hemodynamics and health management.
