Description

The pedagogical model of physical literacy is becoming increasingly important in the field of Physical Education. Physical literacy is understood as the motivation, confidence, physical competence, knowledge, and understanding of the importance of practicing physical activity that every person must engage in throughout life. Applying this principle during the teaching-learning process in physical education involves understanding the dimensions of physical literacy and the factors they include, in order to act holistically during student development. This project aims to implement physically active classes in various elementary schools in the city of Valencia to examine their effects on students' physical literacy from a broad perspective.
