Scientific conferences. Valencia, 5 and 6 June 2008
The Research Group on the Reception of Classical Literature (GIRLC), as part of the research program linked to the project ‘Greek sources of medieval Catalan literature’ (HUM 2005-07697), is organising a series of scientific conferences to discuss the presence and influence of Latin and Greek literature in Western medieval literatures. The analysed languages will be Aragonese, Asturleonese, Catalan, English, French, Galician–Portuguese, German, Italian, Modern Greek and Spanish. The papers and communications will cover two main themes: methodology and analysis of specific texts.
