Description
It aims to explore the importance of emotional management, as a key element of what constitutes optimal or healthy functioning of the person throughout the life cycle. In this sense, it considers not only the relationship of emotional self-efficacy with relevant variables of individual differences (such as personality dimensions and coping styles), but also its association with important life outcomes (health, subjective well-being, academic and occupational commitment and performance, etc.).
