Eco-social crisis and corporate power: the strategic re-centralisation of state obligations
In the face of the ecosocial crisis driven by corporate power, ecological degradation, and social inequalities, the objective of this research project is to confront the expansion of corporate power and rebalance the scales in favour of human and environmental rights. To this end, it proposes the strategic recentralisation of International Law, asserting the primacy of these obligations and strengthening the State’s duty to protect and guarantee access to justice.
