Participation of Dr. María José Ruiz in the 1st SEALI-Hub MEETING of AINIA.

In this meeting, Dr Ruiz highlighted the problem of mycotoxins for human health. The meeting, organised by and Roberto Ortuño, AINIA's Food Safety Manager and Vicente Martínez Roca, AINIA's Food Quality and Safety Consultant was attended by quality managers from companies in the agri-food sector, Eroski, Mercadona Spain and Portugal, Vall Companys, Profand and Pescanova, as well as the Foreign Health Coordinator of the Port of Valencia.

The meeting was of great interest and with high participation of all the participants.
